About: The development is inclusive of 6 towers that comprise of roughly 20 flats per floor, 2 clubhouses of 4-storeys each and a 5-storey commercial complex.
Intention: To design the drive-through area, entrance lobby and the attached lift lobby on the ground floor to leave a lasting impression on the visitors.

As the building neared completion, the interior finishes had to be designed for work to progress further. This assignment covers a variety of areas within the building, namely: 
• A triple height entrance lobby
• A single height continuous lift lobby attached to the entrance lobby. 
• The semi-outdoor seating areas outside the lift lobby 
each of them had to be a typical design that could then be replicated across all similar areas throughout the development.
